FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Financial Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys financial reporting, controls, systems, and business process improvement while working closely with leadership to support the continued growth of the business.
Reporting to senior management, the Financial Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, budgeting, audit coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting activities
· Prepare and review financial statements and supporting analyses
· Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity
· Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
· Coordinate external audits and tax compliance activities
· Maintain and strengthen internal controls
· Support ERP and business systems improvement initiatives
· Assist management with financial analysis and decision support
· Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies
Qualifications
· CPA designation
· Strong financial reporting and accounting experience
· Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or related industries is an asset
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Systems-oriented mindset with an interest in continuous improvement
· Hands-on approach and willingness to work across all aspects of the accounting function

PRODUCTION PLANNER
Production Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to support our manufacturing operations.
This role plays a central role in coordinating purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and customer demand to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain production schedules
· Coordinate manufacturing priorities with operations leadership
· Monitor inventory levels and the availability of parts and components required to support production schedules
· Coordinate purchasing requirements and production priorities to ensure parts availability and on-time delivery
· Support ERP planning and scheduling activities
· Track production performance and delivery metrics
· Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, and sales teams
· Identify opportunities to improve workflow and planning processes
Qualifications
· Post-secondary education is required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
· Experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, inventory management, or supply chain operations is preferred
· ERP experience is preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Continuous improvement mindset

PURCHASER
Purchaser

We are seeking a Purchaser to support our growing manufacturing operation.
The successful candidate will work closely with our procurement and operations teams while developing a broad understanding of purchasing, inventory management, supplier relationships, and manufacturing support activities.

Key Responsibilities
· Source and purchase parts, components, and assemblies required to support production and customer demand
· Issue and manage purchase orders
· Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, and availability
· Monitor inventory levels and demand requirements
· Expedite supplier deliveries and follow up on open purchase orders as required
· Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems
· Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
· Assist with inventory planning and procurement activities
Qualifications
