Tubing Swivel
Definition
Also known as: Tubing Swivel
A downhole tool used with a tubing rotator when the pump and tubing string also require an anchor. Evolution’s E-Swivel uses a shear-release mechanism so the anchor can be set before the swivel permits controlled rotation.
